Who we are
Alex Home Spa provides massage therapy at your home, hotel or villa in Dubai. This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website.
- 02
The booking form
The booking form does not send your details to a server and we do not store them on this website. It only prepares a WhatsApp message with the details you type in. Nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp.
Your browser keeps a copy of the prepared WhatsApp link for the current session, so the thank-you page can reopen it. It is cleared when you close the tab.
- 03
WhatsApp and phone
When you message or call us, we use your name, number and booking details only to arrange and confirm your treatment. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through WhatsApp.
- 04
Health information
If you tell us about injuries, allergies, pregnancy or medical conditions, we use this only so your therapist can plan a safe treatment.
