Questions
Swedish Massage FAQs
Is Swedish massage good for a first massage?
Yes. The pressure is light to medium and the strokes are slow and flowing, so it's the easiest place to start. Your therapist checks the pressure with you at the beginning.
Which session length should I choose?
60 minutes covers a full-body massage. Choose 90 or 120 minutes if you'd like more time on your back, neck and shoulders or simply a slower pace. See all lengths on the price list.
What's the difference between Swedish and Deep Tissue?
Swedish uses lighter, flowing strokes for relaxation. Deep Tissue uses slower, firmer pressure on tight areas.
